Production & shipping times

Made-to-order pieces

Our made-to-order creations require preparation, transformation, and finishing time before they are shipped.

Estimated timeframe: 1 to 2 business weeks for production and shipping.

This timeframe may vary depending on the model, the complexity of the artisanal work, and the current volume of orders.

If additional time is required, we will strive to inform you in order to best support you in tracking your order.

Unique pieces available immediately

Some creations are already finished and available for shipping.

For these pieces, preparation and dispatch are generally carried out within 1 to 3 business days after the order is confirmed.

Transit times are in addition to preparation and shipping times.

Shipping methods and costs

We offer several shipping solutions so that you can choose the one that best suits your needs.

Metropolitan France

• Home delivery: €7.90

• Pickup point delivery: €4.90

• Carriers: Colissimo or Mondial Relay, depending on the options offered during your order

International shipping

We can also ship our creations internationally, depending on the destinations served.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and the options available at the time of ordering.

Potential customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees may apply depending on the destination country.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number if tracking is available.

This allows you to follow your package's progress until delivery.

Returns & exchanges

We want every GÉÈM Studio creation to naturally find its place in your wardrobe.

Items not made to order (products available immediately)

You have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

Items must be returned in a condition that allows them to be resold, subject to checks authorized by law.

Direct return costs are the customer's responsibility in the event of withdrawal, unless otherwise indicated or legally required.

Made-to-order creations

Pieces made according to your chosen sizes may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable regulations.

In the event of a defect or non-conformity, your legal warranties remain applicable.

How to make a return?

To organize your return:

2. We will provide you with instructions and the return address.

3. Upon receipt of the product, we will process your request in accordance with applicable legal conditions and timeframes.

The refund will be issued using the payment method used for your order, unless otherwise agreed.
